Shipping and delivery

We ship your order as quickly as possible, so your medication is ready in time to travel with you, properly cooled.

Shipped the same day

Order on a working day before 16:00? Then we will normally ship your order the same day. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may take a little longer. You can see the expected delivery time on the product page. If we can't meet it, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Saturday delivery too

In the Netherlands, we also deliver on Saturdays. Order on a Friday before 16:00 and you'll have your order at home on Saturday.

Delivery times

These delivery times are based on real shipments from the past three months. They start from the moment we ship your order.

We deliver via PostNL, DHL or DPD, depending on which is fastest for your address.

Shipping costs

Our prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. You will always see the shipping costs before you complete your order.

*Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delays

We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we can't manage that, we'll let you know and you can cancel your order free of charge. You will then get your money back within 14 days.
