We do our very best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. For orders placed on working days before 16:00, we aim to dispatch them the same day. However, we are not always able to do this; sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery of your order may then take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we fail to meet this delivery time for whatever reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Delivery is made by the postman or parcel courier of PostNL, DHL or DPD, depending on the fastest delivery option for your location.
